1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity, the "Subscriber") and Swiftup Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and use of swiftup.in and our related software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, digital ordering suites, billing tools, and mobile applications.

2. Service Description

Swiftup Technologies provides cloud-hosted and mobile software solutions for restaurant workflow management, digital contactless menus, table ordering, point-of-sale receipt generation, and staff activity tracking.

3. User Account Responsibilities

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account or terminal instances.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Google Play Integration

• Billing Cycles: Subscription tiers (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Google Play Subscriptions: In-app mobile subscriptions are securely managed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's recurring subscription policies.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via the Google Play Store Subscriptions console or your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current pre-paid billing cycle.

5. Fair Use & Limitation of Liability

Swiftup Technologies operates solely as a technological tool provider. We do not prepare food, deliver consumables, or resolve monetary or service disputes between restaurants and diners. Subscribers are solely responsible for compliance with local food safety laws, tax obligations, and consumer regulations.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. The courts located in Malappuram, Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings related to these terms.
